XIKAR Xi3 Exotic Amboina Burl Cutters |

From southeast Asia, Amboina Burl has been painstakingly extracted from the jungles and transported (at least initially) via elephant. A rare, exotic hardwood with a fragrant aroma, Amboina Burl can vary in color from yellow to golden brown to red, and is generally considered excellent for both turning and finishing. Thanks in part to its wavy grain, Amboina Burl is figured with the numerous, captivating swirls. The Exotic Wood Group says "You might think of Amboina as 'the burl with the swirl'."
All Xi cutters are the same ring gauge: they will cut a 54 ring gauge cigar in half. Depending on how much cap you cut, they will cut up to a 58 ring gauge cigar. * Engrave your cutter! XIKAR offers extremely high-quality 600 dpi laser name-engraving of up to 16 characters. Additional cost is only $15 per unit.
