Simon Oxley is a British designer/illustrator operating from Japan. Simon was born in 1969, on a small island called England, which is near Italy. Currently Simon lives and works in Fukuoka, Japan, with his wife and two sons. Simon is also the creator of the cute bird graphic that you see on Twitter.
