The Wicket Man Collection was inspired by an original wicket created in 1910. Crafted in the USA, each Wicket Man set is hand painted and signed by the artist, and includes a numbered certificate of authenticity.
A complete set of nine wickets, accompanied by world-class equipment and accessories, and housed in a handcrafted cherry wood case, is not only an exquisite art piece, but is also designed the meet the exacting requirements of the most demanding of players.
Solomon Tuftex Mallets by Jaques (Optional): Four Solomon Tuftex mallets, the finest-quality mallet offered by world-famous Jaques of London, are optional with each Wicket Man set. This premium mallet features a Lignum Vitae square, brass-ringed head, concentric circular-grooved and Tuftex mallet face, and is fitted with a Takair-wrapped hickory handle.
Championship Balls by Jaques: Four championship balls offered by Jaques of London are included with each Wicket Man set. Balls are regulation size, solid-state composition and heavyweight. Four croquet clips are also included.
The Wicket Man Turning and Winning Posts: The exclusive four-color Wicket Man Turning Posts appear as golf tees in the Argyll Series and as Baseball Bats in the No. 9 Series. Posts are ductile cast-iron, brilliantly colored and hand painted for ultra durability.
Croquet Smasher and Wicket Drills: The Wicket Man drills are first pounded into the ground with the smasher by Jaques to make holes for the Wicket Man wickets and posts, allowing wickets and posts to remain free of chipping and scarring.
The Wicket Man Boundary Flags: The four Wicket Man boundary flags are made with weather-resistant, rip-stop nylon and are attached to powder-coated steel flag stakes.
Cherry Wood Case: Each Wicket Man set comes securely housed in a beautifully handcrafted cherry wood case, featuring dovetailed corners, brass carrying handles, wheels for mobility and a hand carved Wicket Man signature logo. All pieces included in the case are securely nested in dense foam cut precisely to their measurements, ensuring that both equipment and accessories stay well-protected.

The modern gentleman notices the little things, and there is plenty to notice about our Signature Gift Wrap. The paper is a custom-printed navy beaded pinstripe pattern evocative of a classic men's suit fabric. The white satin ribbon is tied in a square knot. But we think it's the enclosure card sealed with hot wax that shows we put as much care into the gift presentation as you put into its selection.
