The Medium Orpheo features a semi-sunken nib in 14-carat, rhodium-plated gold. Reminiscent of the famous "ping" of the S.T.Dupont lighter, the distinct, reassuring sound of the cap clicking on to the pen associated to the gentleness of the movement is a strong sign of recognition. The articulated clip protects shirt and jacket pockets. Each piece is unique thanks to an identification number engraved on the side of the clip and the S.T.Dupont signature engraved on the central ring. Highlighting the skill of the master goldsmiths and lacquerers, the "D" in S.T.Dupont is in metal bordered by black lacquer and placed on the cap for immediate recognition.
