Drafted by the 49'er out of Notre Dame in 1979, QB Joe Montana is arguably the greatest quarterback to play in the NFL. He certainly was one of the most successful. While leading the 'Niners, he captured nine divisional titles and victories in Super Bowls XVI, XIX, XXIII, and XXIV, earning MVP honors in three of those games.
