Thomas Bastide, designer for Baccarat since 1981, created the folding Dandy knife in 2006. Two colored Baccarat crystal balls (ruby red, amethyst purple and natural) decorate the micarta handle of this pocket knife. In the mountains of south-central France, in the town of Laguiole, a tradition of manufacturing the country's finest knives has existed for centuries.
