Cincinnati Reds Panoramic - Riverfront/Cinergy Field, Mark McGwire at Bat |
Riverfront Stadium was one of the National League’s infamous 'cookie-cutter' stadiums, debuting on June 30, 1970. It was the first stadium to have its entire field covered by Astroturf, except for the cutouts around the bases and pitcher’s mound. In its very first season it managed to host an All-Star Game, a playoff series, and a World Series. In 1997, Cinergy Corporation, a Cincinnati based utility, reached an agreement with the Reds to rename the stadium Cinergy Field. The last game ever at Cinergy Field/Riverfront Stadium was on September 22, 2002 as the Red now play in a state of the art baseball-only park on the river. Get this vintage pano of the true home of Pete Rose and the 'Big Red Machine' - with none other than Mark McGwire at the plate - while they last.
All panoramics are unique wide-angle photographs, handsomely framed in thick grooved wood with dark double matting and a descriptive plaque. They are approximately 43 in. w x 17 in. h after framing. Presentation is everything and you will not find higher quality panoramic framing anywhere. |

The modern gentleman notices the little things, and there is plenty to notice about our Signature Gift Wrap. The paper is a custom-printed navy beaded pinstripe pattern evocative of a classic men's suit fabric. The white satin ribbon is tied in a square knot. But we think it's the enclosure card sealed with hot wax that shows we put as much care into the gift presentation as you put into its selection.
