Chicago Bears Panoramic - Soldier Field |
Soldier Field was opened in 1924 as a 45,000-seat Municipal Grant Park Stadium. The first football game played on its field was November 22, 1924, as a capacity crowd watched Notre Dame edge Northwestern, 13-6. The Bears have called Soldier Field home for more than thirty years after playing their first 50 seasons in Chicago at Wrigley Field. In the first professional game at the then-mammoth stadium, the Bears defeated the Chicago Cardinals 10-0 on November 11, 1926. The oldest venue in the National Football League by over twenty years, 'New Soldier Field' opened in 2003 with a new state of the art facility built within the pillar architecture of the original Solider Field. This panoramic view of the historical 'Old' Soldier Field is shot at night with the classic stadium illuminated. Get this pano of this classic stadium while they are still available.
All our panoramics are unique wide-angle photographs, handsomely framed in thick grooved wood with dark double matting and a descriptive plaque. They are approximately 43 in. w x 17 in. h after framing. Presentation is everything and you will not find higher quality panoramic framing anywhere. |

The modern gentleman notices the little things, and there is plenty to notice about our Signature Gift Wrap. The paper is a custom-printed navy beaded pinstripe pattern evocative of a classic men's suit fabric. The white satin ribbon is tied in a square knot. But we think it's the enclosure card sealed with hot wax that shows we put as much care into the gift presentation as you put into its selection.
