Once tied, the thick and dense silk locks and holds its shape longer than the traditional thin silk ascots one typically finds. In addition, the collars of Blind Bunney Couture's ascots are twice as wide as traditional ascots. The extra wide collar enables the wearer to sport the ascot in a more casual manner (e.g., with two to three open buttons) and not reveal as much neck/shoulder as traditional ascots.
