About Bella Barrel
Designed and hand-crafted in Northern California's wine country, Bella Barrel's unique collection of wine accessories are made from French and American oak barrels that have been previoulsy used by the region's world-famous vintners. Many items retain the deep red stains imparted by aging wine, while others pieces reveal the source barrel's cooperage. These beautifully made, heirloom quality goods bring a literal piece of the wine country into your home. Given their origin as reclaimed wood, Bella Barrel accessories are also a naturally green product.
The Barrel Basket and Barrel Board collections are finished with food-safe butcher block oil, the same finish applied to most wood salad bowls. As such, they can serve both functional and ornamental purposes. Bella Barrel recommends that the other items be treated with standard furniture oil. All pieces may be cleaned with a damp cloth.
