Alfred Sargent Armfield Straight Tip Oxford

A traditional, cap toe oxford. If you own just one pair of dress shoes, these should be it. Made on the Alfred Sargent's 109 last, a classic English shape that will never go out of style. The oak bark leather soles, besides being a thing of beauty, are incredibly durable. Goodyear welt construction means they can be replaced, too, greatly extending the life of your shoes. The Amrfields are offered in black or mahogany calf.

All Alfred Sargent shoes are made in Rushden, England. They're finished at the factory with Saphir, the world's best line of shoe care products.

Made-to-Order (Handgrade) Shoes

The shoes offered on our website are from Alfred Sargent's Exclusive line, an edited selection of classic, Goodyear-welted, English dress shoes. We also offer their Handgrade line of made-to-order (MTO) shoes. With the Handgrade MTO service, you choose your last (three choices unique to the Handgrade line), leather (dozens of options), and styling details (everything from the soles to the size of the brogueing). One of the six craftsmen at the Rushden factory who specialize in this work will then build that pair to your exact specifications, and about sixteen weeks later you'll have a one-off design made just for you.
