Aaron Barak warrants to the purchaser a limited lifetime warranty that the hardware and binding will be free from defects from the date of original purchase. If one of their products fails due to a defect, they will repair or replace the product if you return it to an Authorized Aaron Barak Repair Center, postage paid, together with a detailed repair request, your contact information, and a non-refundable $25 processing fee to cover the costs of handling and return shipping. This processing fee should be in the form of a check or money order, made payable to Aaron Barak, Inc. Allow 2-3 weeks for repair assessment. Repairs that are covered under their warranty will be completed at our expense. If they determine that a repair is not covered by their warranty, they will send you an estimate for the cost for repairing your product. You can then contact them to authorize the repair or ask them to return the product without repair. Non-warranty repairs will not be made without approval. Although Aaron Barak products are made from the finest materials available, their products are not indestructible. Their warranty does not cover damages that result from misuse or abuse of the product (including damage caused by airlines or other carriers), nor does it cover normal wear and tear or ordinary cosmetic damages (such as abrasion, scratches or fading). The warranty also does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
