How to Reload

On The Fly's Reload enables you to "subscribe" once to an order that will be sent to you at a regular interval that you specify. For example, you might subscribe to have your shave cream sent to you every 6 weeks. You may also have your favorite black socks sent to you automatically every 16 weeks. You will receive an email a few days before your order is set to ship, and your credit card will automatically be charged upon shipment.

You can Reload a previous qualifying order* by visiting Order History,

To cancel a Reload subscription, visit your Order History and simply click the "Cancel" button on the Reload order.

Should you discover that the interval is not quite right, visit your Order History page and edit the frequency value (in weeks). The change will cause the order ship at the new frequency based on the last shipment. In other words, if you set up a Reload for cigars to be sent every 4 weeks, and 3 weeks later, you change the frequency to 5 weeks, your next shipment will be sent 5 weeks after the last shipment.

* Reload is restricted to certain products, brands, or categories. Frequency must be set in weeks.
