If you are calling to check on the status of your order, please be sure to view your Order Details page first, as there may be notes about your order waiting for you. If you are determined to reach us by phone, call us toll free at 866.880.8481. If you do not reach a customer service representative directly, feel free to leave a message. The message will be sent to us via e-mail as well and we will respond as soon as we possibly can. As we are on the West Coast, it is rare that someone will answer the phone prior to 9am PST or after 6pm PST although it has been known to happen. |
