All orders delivered outside of San Francisco will arrive by 12pm via FedEx Priority Overnight. Unfortunately, FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please supply us with a physical address and a phone number. All FedEx deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday; Monday FedEx delivery requests cannot be processed. In the event that we cannot reach you to arrange another ship date, we will hold the order until we receive further instructions from you.

• We can not be responsible for wrong addresses or zip codes, please be sure to carefully check the name, address and zip code of the ship-to address.
• Order placed by 1pm PST, will be processed same day, unless otherwise specified in the requested delivery date field. If you require an order for next day and have missed the cut off time, please contact us by phone and we will try to accommodate you. If your order is received after the cut off time, and we cannot reach you to arrange another ship date, we will hold the order until we receive further instructions from you.

• Because all of our items are perishable, it is important that someone is available to put your package in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives. If you are shipping this as a gift or to a second party, please verify with the recipient that the package can be received and properly taken care of on the date that you have specified. If the recipient is not available to receive the package, and the product is damaged as a result, we cannot accept responsibility.
• All packages delivered by FedEx and our local delivery system require a signature for delivery. Packages can not be left without one. If you wish, you can opt to waive the signature in the "shipping instructions" box, in which case we can leave the package without a required signature. Please note, however, that we are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages.
• Shipping charges for California residents is a flat rate of $20 and for all other contiguous US states, $25. Hawaii and Alaska have an additional surcharge of $15. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands.
• Saturday FedEx delivery charges are an additional $15.
