As you may or may not have heard, The Art of Shaving was recently acquired by Proctor & Gamble. After carrying the product for 3+ years now, the uncertainty around the direction of the brand in the future has resulted in our decision to discontinue the brand. We have no idea what, if any, changes P&G will make to the product or distribution, there is no shortage of high-end men's grooming brands on the market, and we hope to expand our assortment in the future.
So...we have a little bit of inventory left to dispose of, and we wanted our faithful Alerts subscribers to hear about this first: there is a "hidden" promotion on the site right now that will get you 15% off any 3 products from The Art of Shaving. Golf season has kicked into high gear, and Michael Toschi's golf shoes are climbing up the Top Sellers list. As of this writing, the G4 is the fifth best-selling shoe from the whole line, while the discontinued (and on sale) G1 is #8 on the list (most likely because it's not available in all sizes and colors anymore).
But the real reason for this post is that we finally got a photo of the GX in Steel & Orange. Michael Toschi realizes not everyone is comfortable making a statement like this, but for those that are most passionate about the brand, this is vintage Toschi.
